Work has officially begun on a major new project in Sutivan, where two luxury villas are being built for a foreign investor. The investor chose our signature rough-textured stone facade, a unique wall cladding made exclusively in our Jakšić workshop.
We are currently in the active phase of installation, where every stone element is placed with exceptional precision. This type of stone facade is highly demanding due to its characteristic linear grooves. The most important detail is the continuity of these lines, which must seamlessly flow across the entire facade surface.
During installation, our team pays special attention to every single joint. The facade is installed without visible gaps or fugues — each stone slab is placed directly next to the next, creating the effect of one continuous, uninterrupted stone surface. This requires expert craftsmanship, experience, and precision on site, and our trained specialists ensure that every detail is executed flawlessly.
The project represents a significant step in contemporary architectural stonework in Sutivan, combining modern aesthetics with the timeless durability of white Brač stone.
We will be sharing more updates and photos from the construction site soon — follow us for the latest news on this exciting project.
